Personal information may be processed, stored, and accessed from the United States and other countries where our service providers and we operate, including through remote access by our distributed team. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections (including standard contractual clauses or equivalent terms) and other measures as appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. For example, we require two-factor authentication for organization-related accounts, run regular cybersecurity audits, and prefer that sensitive data remain on FRI-managed systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
