Carys focuses on the systems and culture that enable FRI’s team to do its best work. She has a background in people strategy, transformation, and nonprofit operations. Before joining FRI, she led operations at Rethink Wellbeing, a global mental health organization, and delivered large-scale health and social care transformation as a management consultant at Newton.
