Nadja Flechner

Nadja is a data analyst with an AI background who previously worked on weather forecasting and climate research. She’s interested in societal knowledge and decision-making. As an undergrad, she wrote her thesis on the societal effects of recommendation algorithms. Through programs like ARENA, she has engaged with AI safety research, motivated by her interest in AI’s broader impact. At FRI, she enjoys working on both big-picture questions and diving deep into programming.
