Rhiannon is a data analyst with a statistics background. She began her career conducting impact evaluations for small UK charities, helping them understand and quantify their effectiveness. She then moved to Transport for London, where she worked as part of their demand forecasting team, developing future scenarios to shape their response to the COVID pandemic. Her research interests focus on how policymakers use forecasting in their decision-making processes and how forecasters can better translate findings into actionable insights.
